Light TMA

A Light Truck Mounted Attenuator (LTMA) is a safety device designed to protect road workers and motorists by absorbing the impact energy of errant vehicles. It is attached to the rear of a support vehicle, such as a truck, to shield workers during road maintenance or construction activities.

Key Features:

• Lightweight Design: The LTMA is specifically designed for vehicles up to 3.5 tons, making it ideal for daily use in inner-city road works. Its unique and lightweight design enables safe operation on various road types, supporting speeds up to 70 km/h.
• Crash Testing: The LTMA has undergone full-scale crash testing according to the Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) standards, ensuring its effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
• Deployment and Storage: The LTMA stows vertically on the back of the truck, providing the entire length of the bed to transport cones and barrels when the attenuator is not in use.
